How to use

For a protein snack

Gently shake the tub. Mix 28 g with 250 ml cold water and shake or blend until smooth.

With Formula 1

Prepare your Formula 1 with milk as shown in its preparation, add 28 g PDM, then shake or blend again.

The Protein Drink Mix provides 108 kcal and 15 g of high-quality protein per serving. Protein contributes to a growth in muscle mass.
Each serving provides 22 vitamins and minerals to help you reach nutrient reference intakes, including B vitamins (thiamin, riboflavin and vitamin B12) and copper, which contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism, plus zinc and manganese, which contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress.
